If you are one of me and took a DIY project and unfortunately just couldn’t get it all the way right after watching a zillion trillions videos .. hire Sunity 🫠 … I had purchased an above ground pool from Lowe’s an intex .. my husband and I worked on the leveling and renting machinery purchased all material (s) necessary I mean ALOT  … and worked on the setup and install for about on and off 2-3 weeks due to our work schedules and couldn’t dedicate all the time working on this new project .. we thought we leveled hosted a party and unfortunately the pool police warned we needed to redo because of potential buckling etc … and I also knew it didn’t look all that right ..this is when we started the professional research  …  we ended up hiring Sunity Pools the guys were professional CLEAN ! ( which I personally love) I dislike A messy  contractor that does not pick up after their mess ! Picked up all the material .. provide a builders point of view pool and starter point on pool 101 (us being newly pool owners)  I would definitely recommend them and use them on our future pool endeavors thank you Marlon his crew

Gordon did an excellent job replacing my pool liner. He was professional, on time, and easy to work with. He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell anything, and made sure the job was done right. The liner looks great, and his pricing was fair. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Mr Gordon gave me some numbers as an "estimate" for a pool we had already purchased and just needed the ground leveled and pool assembled. He was ready to install the pool the following week on 4/10 without coming in person to check the site. I had to ask him to come out first because we wanted to make sure he knew what he was dealing with. He stated he would be able to come by 4/5 between 8am-11am, time passed I had to reach out to him to see if he was still coming. He lost track of time and showed up late. He gave us some ideas and provided us with two estimates, one to install our pool and one to purchase a hard wall pool from him and have it installed ect.. His prices did not meet our expectations so we decided not to proceed with his services. We had other companies offer us these services for cheaper even including warranty. His response was "I figured ok".... As a customer, that sounds like a smart remark like you knew your prices were ridiculous. Do not provide numbers without evaluating site first. Make it on time to scheduled estimate window. Do not respond to customers with smart remarks. In all honesty, Gordon deserves more than 5 stars.  My pool was one step away from being scrapped.  Gordon and his team brought it back to life.  He drained my dirty open pool and replaced the liner, repaired the wall and replaced the skimmer box.  My family cannot thank him enough.  I don’t care what is wrong with your pool, it wasn’t as bad as what mine looked like.  If you’re looking for a pool repair company, Sunity Pools is your company.
